Hi Glenn,

In rev13, you removed the textual conventions for SyslogFacility and
SyslogSeverity. Can you add those back in, even though we do not use
them in the module? 

Developers of other MIB modules that want to reference these syslog
concepts would likely look in the syslog-mib for such TCs. The IPCDN
event messaging MIB already has a dependency on these TCs.

I discussed this with the other MIB Doctors and they concur this would
be an appropriate thing to do.
