Is there any limit to the number of devices that can be managed by a single NetSkateKoban Manager?

There is no logical limit on the number of devices or users that can be registered. The capacity depends on the hardware specifications of the DB server, Manager, and Console machines you prepare.

With an appropriate system configuration, a single NetSKateKoban Manager can monitor several hundred thousand devices.
