Please tell me how to check whether the NetSkateKoban Manager process is running on a Windows OS.

In the Windows Task Manager, select the "Processes" tab and check whether a process named "KobanManager.exe" is present. In addition, since the manager functions are handled by the "javaw.exe" process, it is recommended to also confirm that this process is running.
