I would like to migrate the currently operating NetSkateKoban Manager to another server machine. Please tell me how to back up and restore the configuration and log files?

The NetSkateKoban Manager's configuration and log files are stored in the following folders within the directory where the Manager is installed.

config\
data\
log\
tftpboot\ (When using KenMon)

Back up these folders, install a new NetSkateKoban Manager on the new server machine and register the license, then overwrite the installation directory with the backed‑up folders.

The license code required for license registration on the destination server can be found in the document included with the product media at the time of purchase (Note 1), or by logging in to the current server through the NetSkateKoban Console and checking the "Help (H)" ⇒ "License Registration" screen.

If the database system is also running on the same server machine, it is necessary to back up the database used by the NetSkateKoban Manager and restore it to the database system on the new server machine. For information on how to back up and restore the database, please refer to the reference information in "Chapter 10. Supplement", of the "NetSkateKoban v5.3 Installation Guide".

Note 1: The license codes for the basic license and additional extension modules are required when rebuilding the NetSkateKoban Manager or migrating to a new server machine, so please keep them in a safe place.
